All of our prices include Bed & Full Scottish Breakfast plus VAT at the current rate.
You can book your room online using the booking panel or page. You will need to secure your room with a valid debit or credit card and your reservation will be confirmed instantly by email.
A non-refundable deposit for the first night of your stay will be taken from your card at the time of confirmation of your booking. if you wish to pay using a credit card there is a £2.50 processing fee.
Following confirmation of your reservation, your deposit becomes non-refundable should you cancel any part, or all of your reservation.
If your cancellation is made within 7 days of the arrival date, then the whole cost of the reservation may be chargeable, unless we are able to re-let the rooms.
In the event of ‘No Show’, the entire cost of the reservation will be charged in full.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets at Queens Guest House.
